I haven't ran any steel cased 223 through my PSA, but I've got a box of tula that I could burn up just because and see how it does. I mostly run my reloaded ammo in my rifles.

It really is a heckova deal. Yes, it's a pretty basic M4, but it's with a great barrel (despite what others above have said). FN supplies the armed forces with the same barrel.
