I would say your probably right. Or why else would anyone give it a try when they could go with the DPMS. Be interesting to see their price point for sure.

I'm just guesstimating by what they currently do with 223/556 uppers.

According to the post, they're 'debuting' it at the Shot Show this week. I honestly have no idea past that how long it will take for them to start offering them, or what all they will be offering for that matter.

Its a good thing seeing more sellers getting into the 308 game maybe the prices on the parts will drop a little. I have a DPMS already but Id like to build one in a 20" variation, but they are pricy!

I thought (was hoping) they were going to be putting out a complete rifle in 308. Doesn't look like they have done that yet, but maybe this is just a step in the right direction.

Price for a stripped upper/lower comes out to $325.28 after shipping. Was hoping they could do better. Aero still has their stripped lower and upper (includes dust cover and forward assist) for $306 shipped. Less expensive and comes with dust cover/forward assist. PSA forgot to mentioned if the upper was a high profile dpms or low profile dpms.

Looks like every part is about a 'C' note higher than an standard AR. I know, if you want to play with the big boys, you have to pay.

I'll wait until someone else does a build and review...

They do have a combo listed that comes out to $296.91 after shipping, a little closer to dpms price point but still more expensive. Interested to see what the complete lowers, etc. come out to once offered.
