Here is a pic of my new SIG 229 in 9mm I purchased from BOB today. I'll be mailing in the $100 rebate for LEO from SIG also. After that I will have purchased it for $650.

Go to E-BAY and pick up a set of rosewood grips. They look very nice on my SIG 229. If you do, get the replacement grip screws with them. Total cost around $70.

I am not to fond of the stock grips. If anyone has grip suggestions, and where to get them let me know. tHanks.

I have a set of Hogue rubber grips I'd trade for your stock grips. also have some lamenated wood grips but they are not very practical on a carry piece.

BTW, My 229 9mm only came with one mag but when I got home I was VERY pleased to discover that my 228 mags fit perfect!!!

    Nice gun!

I'd get a set of hogue grips, but not the ones that wrap around with the finger grooves, those just seem huge IMO.
