Proposed range in Porter county??

NIMBY has reached religion status in Porter County.

That original proposal is opposed by some area home and business owners, who fear negative impacts such as noise, lost property values, interference with their businesses and a lower quality of life. The area businesses include a dog kennel and horse stables, in addition to a church and cemetery.

I hope it works out to have the range by the jail...but don’t think people won’t come out opposing that. There are no houses that close, but I’m sure someone will claim that their property values will be hurt.

I think the smell of horse reduces property values.
