What a fiasco they put you through! I applied for mine non-L1 in October and am still waiting. I hold a dual Canada/US citizenship, having gotten my US in 2006. I'm really hoping it doesn't hold up the process further.

Hope everything else goes through smoothly for you. Ridiculous. Zionsville PD tried to give me garbage, too, I think just because I'm a chick.

I think that was the main reason, as mentioned earlier in the thread, they felt she would be a "easy target" since she is just a girl. In fact, I am willing to bet that's the line of thought.
