Roof is near done anyway. Was looking at re-roof this spring. Might happen a bit sooner. Like next weekend...

Call your home owners insurance, have them pay for your new roof

The one that is on there was paid for by the Insurance after a hail storm. They know how old it is and would only pay a percentage of the cost. Me and the boys can do the that roof (house has 3 separate sections) in a day for fair money and keep the premiums down. I was going to do it in the spring anyway. Do this section now and only 2 left in the spring. Works for me.

Ours went out for about a minute after a huge green electrical arc across the road, where the lines go through the trees, sounded like Gods own arc welder!
