As noted in the D.C. thread, D.C. can pretty much forget their latest stunt, as the 9th Circuit already addressed it (going to 'may issue' permits, then refusing to issue to anyone).

Indiana had that for years, then became 'shall issue', like most States.

It's just another D.C. stunt from a gaggle of rabid anti-gun, lefty-loon, democRATS.
