Clearly this guy needed to mellow. He dragged the kid across the road before he toked up, not after. This story really has nothing to do with gonga other than the fact that had he been nicely toasted beforehand, the kid would probably be fine...it's just the establishment media harshing our mellow.

Don't kid yourself, I report parents to an all ready overloaded CPS. They typically end up back in the home.....
