I think they deployed/tested that in Iraq. It's another nothing-burger that sounds scary to the masses - like called tear gas a "chemical weapon". The device is an area denial weapon that causes discomfort, but is unlikely to cause actual injury.

An announcement in the Briana Taylor death is expected today at 1:30 PM. The city is closing stuff downtown. Kinda seems like the police are preparing for potential violence. That tells me the announcement isn't gonna go the way BLM would like it to. I kinda think that at most, one of the officers may be charged with something way more minor than they expect; maybe reckless or negligent homicide or similar. The other two will likely get off with nothing. That's just the way I read the tea leaves.

But BLM is demanding all three be charged with murder. There's just no evidence to support that as a reasonable charge. So I kinda think ****'s gonna get real.
