We saw this in the mid 1970s when the government put price controls on gasoline and there were lines of cars out of the station and down the street. I know because I was a pump jockey and was on the pump island all day long with a huge roll of bills in my pocket because there was hardly time to pee let alone go in and stuff money in the register.

If Kamala gets in (notice I did not say win), better hit the local grocery and stock up heavily. Lines at the grocery are bad before a holiday but imagine the lines going out the door and down the street. Will be worse than the runs on stores for Black Friday.
