I heard you promised free birdseed....

Bernie made the comment that the bird was actually a dove, asking for peace.

In reality, the bird was a sparrow. In Biblical times, a lone sparrow represented deep loneliness and sorrow. If you ask a tattoo artist, sparrows are often tattooed in pairs, because a single sparrow represents solitude. In Russia, prisoners are known to tattoo the sparrow on their wrists, to remind them to stay on the right course.

As an aside, a fake tattoo of Winston Churchill seems to symbolize cheating on your wife. :):

    This is a Colt LE6920.

You can tell all you need to know about the five remaining contenders for the office of the Presidency in 2016 by how they feel about this common, utilitarian rifle.

Hillary Clinton: Secretary Clinton in favor of banning this common rifle and others that operate in a similar manner outright, and suing the companies that manufacture them out of existence with nuisance lawsuits by repealing the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA).

Bernie Sanders: Senators Sanders would also ban this rifle and similar firearms. He’s waffled on the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA).

John Kasich: Governor Kasich voted for the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban as a member of the House of Representatives, which banned this and similar firearms. Says he is now no longer in favor of such bans.

Donald Trump: Favored banning these and similar firearms into the 2000s. Now claims to be very pro-Second Amendment. He also holds a concealed carry permit in New York.

Ted Cruz: Has always supported the right of the American people to own AR-15s and similar firearms.
