I've seen youtube videos where pro-commies will argue with people that actually had to live through that crap.

Not long after the wall came down my former enemy/East German Luftwaffe counterpart, literally a (former) card carrying commie (yes he showed me his party ID) was shocked to learn that Communists and the CPUSA were allowed to exist in the US. He told me we should round them up and kill them.

This reminds me of a man who showed up to fix my AC about 25 years ago or so.

He was a Russian who had been drafted into the Soviet Army and deserted to get to the free world.

We talked a little politics, and when it came to communists, he said in a STRONG Russian accent "They should take them out and shoot them in the brain!".
