It's an honest ****ing question - is it politically funny picture or is it an attack on another INGO'er?

I dunno, I didn't originally post it. Seems pretty ****ing funny to me. I didn't see any ****ing INGO members getting called out by name. Any political forum on the net is gonna have a few ****ing trolls, so it's ****ing topical. I'm not sure why you are so ****ing upset. Unless you are not really upset, and just like to say "****ing" a lot.
