I'm getting rid of my IBA due to just not needing it, it's in great condition and all the Velcro works like BRAND new.
The soft Kevlar/Armor inserts do come with it.
It's clean and if ready for plates.
I'm looking to sell / trade or even a partial trade. No offer will be looked over.
