Ok, I just have to ask, what is the derivation of the phrase "pocket traders"?
How is it defined . . . and just what does it mean?
Good or bad,I began calling our get together "Pocket Traders" to give our event an identity when we started 3 years ago.Several of us trade in pocketknives,pocketwatches,coins ect.WE ALL buy and sell firearms.In years past in most Southern Indiana/Kentucky towns the old men show up on the courthouse square and sit around,shoot the "Bull",and trade.That is the kind of feeling that our event sorta has.....Friends,not greedy SOBs ,that have the same interest. We have a pretty good knowledge of those attending,although the group has really grown....
