That was the max for a single "buy it now" click, to the tune of $2,494,975.05...of course, you can add this quantity more than once.

Since they don't disable the button with the onMouseUp event, you can just keep tagging that thing faster than the new page can load...got my cart over $102,000,000.00 before I got bored.

How did you order them it says you have to be a FFL dealer on file when I tried to checkout

I saw that language on the page where you either had to log into an existing account or create a new one...it was something like "If you are an FFL with an existing account...." I didn't bother reading the rest of it...just created a new account and bought the mags. Keeping in mind, I am not expecting to get an "Your Order Has Shipped" email anytime soon but gave it a shot.
