    Wow after reading #15's quote. I dont think this woman should be allowed to own a hand gun or even be allowed to sit on the bench. But that is just my thoughts on the matter. She has been groomed for that position and she let her self down and every that supported her down.

    I see it the same way. If someone is that incompetent, to place a gun to their head loaded or not, how in the heck can they sit and judge someone! :nuts:

    Had it have been anyone else their LTCH would be revoked so fast, not to mention the legal troubles they just earned.

    So let's recap:
    - Judge goes out to party and gets plastered
    - Enters into a domestic dispute and retrieves a handgun
    - attempts to commit suicide with handgun
    - Fails
    - Interferes with investigation
    - Attempts to destroy evidence

    For this, she is NOT arrested, NOT prosecuted, NOT jailed, and is still a judge? That, and other folks are SUPPORTING this?

    <whoosh>
