The next bowling pin match at Marion County Fish & Game Association is scheduled for February 28, 2009 (Saturday)

It is unlikely that we will shoot pins this month due to weather conditions.
(but this is Indiana and the weather does change)
We do not shoot pins in temperatures under 40° - they shatter - wastes our limited supply.

We often set up steel plates and shoot them from under the covered firing line when its too cold for pins or its raining.

If the temperature is below freezing, we usually do not even shoot steel.
(too few folks show up to be worth setting up)

However, when it warms up, we plan to shoot pins.

We will not know until Saturday morning.

Anyone that has a long drive should consider waiting until the warmer months to try pins at Marion County Fish & Game Assoc.

The Friday Night Steel program coming up soon seems to shoot no matter what the conditions. Check them out, its fun.
