Peeping Tom found hiding in septic tank

Ewww. A guy in Oklahoma decided to try and get his rocks off by hiding in the septic tank of a park bathroom.

Even after he was spotted, he waited 15 minutes for police to show up. They used a fire hose on him after pulling him out.
