OK, so how do we get 90%, 8%, and 0%? Even if all three choices have 0.4% added to them and are thus rounded down when shown without decimal places, that's only 99.2%. Weird.

Maybe the lost percentage points are "multiple" voters... IE... people who vote 37 times. So the votes are "counted" but not "tallied," if that makes any sense. I don't know why they'd do that, but it's one theory as to the discrepancy.

It is 95%, 3% and 0% now. The people are begining to wake up a bit perhaps. Or perhaps the libs are trying to cut into the 2nd Amendment rally to show they are pro 2nd Amendment, just like their man, Obama!!!
