para 14-45

anybody have one? Thoughts? the idea of a hi cap 45 is intriguing. But have seen mixed reports on Para.

You might want to look into STI. Paras quality is spotty at best and their customer service is horrific.

I have a p12-45 highcap and totally love it. It has never jammed and is great.

I've owned six Para double stacks and all have ran well out of the box. The one issue I did have was a barrel chambered slightly off center with the bore. One phone call and a replacement was in the mail that day. I thought it was refreshing to deal with a tech that knew what he was doing and a big plus not haveing to ship the whole gun for a replacement part. He did quiz me to see if I knew how to fit a barrel if needed.

I used to have one and the only reason I sold it is because $$ got tight. Never had any problems with it. It functioned well and shot very accurately. Great pistol!
