    How is the seizure of all 5 of his pistols justifiable??:dunno:

    He has a negligent discharge so now hes not allowed to have any?

    I sure would like to hear the reasoning behind this.

    Sooo, because he had an nd and shot his finger tip off they took the right to defend himself away? come on give the old guy some slack, those guys are going to feel stupid if he gets mugged.

    No they won't. They'll probably say "Well, he must have done something to provoke the muggers." With people like that, it's always the victim's fault.
