Regional manager texted thanks for giving us a notice, not a word from the superintendent, saw the GF this morning and he said congratulations.
Couple of the foreman called yesterday to congratulate me

To add to that, I'm going to be overseeing the guys I've worked with an another contractor, so they (management) are being nice so I don't screw with them
