We've been having our big meals at lunch time lately. Seems to work better with Wife's increased work schedule, seasonal, already ramping up.

I made two batches of pico de gallo, one sweet pepper for everyone else and one with hot cayenne and jalapeno peppers, considered toxic waste to most.

So when she awakens, if she can tolerate chicken tacos for lunch, I can sauté some chicken breast strips in ten minutes or so.

Holding pattern for now. We'll see.

I may stop my trapping, down to small possums lately
summer tally: 21 coons 5 possums
I think I ended up with about 10 ground hogs and 4 possums. I don't really have any desire to kill the possums but what am I going to do. But 4 in this neighborhood seems like a lot to be here anyway. So they needed thinned out.
