Beans are smelling good. I could smell them all night even back in my bedroom at the opposite end of the house.
I've been wanting to get a pot of beans going in my stock pot. Now all this bean talk!

Like to do at least 4lbs when I get that thing going with a hamhock.

Shy on dry beans right now, though. I have two pounds of black beans and two pounds of white navy beans.

Never mixed them, before, but the trepidation associated with deliberately creating an unnatural pot of GRAY beans puts me off until I go to the store, next.

Driving back from Taxi service, I was behind a propane truck with a pretty serious leak.
Probably not dangerous, except for the driver, but even the wind couldn't disperse it fast enough.

    STUNK!
    Kind of turned my stomach.
Plan was to shuffle together some sausage and eggs upon return, but for now, I just want to breathe some fresh air.
