We had some thunder, but never saw lightning.
Weather bug said closest strike was 3 miles

Well it’s Happy Birthday to me today! Went out to lunch with a shooting buddy from my gun club and had a great time. Going out tonight for dinner with my family in beautiful Downtown Carmel after negotiating a few roundabouts (what else?).
Probably will then get home for a nightcap of some Balvene 12 Year Doublewood Single Malt Scotch and call it a fine day!
