Jumpy back spasms set in a little after midnight.
Did some stretches, which helped, but now sleep is gone.

Heading out for an early bike ride. Kind of waiting for Wife to return from work, STILL. May just leave her a note on her Landing Zone.

She has a trainee ride along this week, slowing things down.
