I really didn't want to get up this morning. Typical night, up every hour and a half, and then Ruthie wanted out a little less than an hour before my alarm was to go off.

Wife got home only about 45 min ago. She's quiet as a churchmouse, but the change in pressure from opening the door always wakes me.

Rough day for her. She came home with a catch in her wing. She had her hot shower and I slathered her shoulder in Lidocaine like a prize horse.

Had her breakfast and now she's out for a few winks.
Really hate it when she comes home banged up! Nothing happened, just overworked this time.

Coffee is working.
Planning for an early bike run this morning. I've become spoiled again from just that little bit of daily activity.
