Kia's wait to pull out just in time for me to hit them, cross parking lots with no acknowledgement of the lanes or parking markings, cross the center line, enter turns using half the outer lane and cut in sharp using half the inner lane, sometimes even stopping and making a fuss as if I'm supposed to back up from the red light or stop sign so they can cut the corner...

I noticed a pattern where they get up so close all I can see is the top of their car and they start weaving... and then they tailgate the guy that was in front of me and start weaving all over again.
