And here I am missing out again. Late yesterday the sky opened up and dumped buckets on us, for a few minutes. Maybe a couple tenths.

I had frozen Salmon in the freezer that's several years old.

Quite likely. Mine are mostly vacuum packed fillets and should be fine for ages. But I have a lot.

Between these and some large chicken quarter packs or 20 thigh packs, I need to clear some room.
