One has made a pretty nice offer pending a formal interview.

The other said pay ranges from a mega paycut, loss in pto of 3 weeks a year for atleast 3 years to the possibility of a slight pay raise and still a huge cut in pto.

After looking at google reviews for the second company, It makes since.
