    I don't even consider myself a real audiophile.. I just like building things and experimenting. I think "real" audiophilia is impractical and maybe even a bit loony.

    Started off with a small bose setup that lead me to cerwin vegas in my teens/early 20s to klipsch in my late 20s

    The vegas are in the garage, klipsch inside and bose aren't setup :(

    I don't even consider myself a real audiophile.. I just like building things and experimenting. I think "real" audiophilia is impractical and maybe even a bit loony.
    I was about to post along this line.
    I am not an audiophile, but I do know some stuff from extnded exposure and many years in pro audio.

    My true calling is in live performance.
    I actually have a difficult time just sitting and listening.
    I also have some drool worthy gear, but it is not new. My sound rigs are all vintage, except for some details.

    Only thing I have left is my Crown PS200 and PS400 amps.
