I will see how it goes. My first time.
    Still, awesome.

I first learned that my grandfather's cuttin' torch did more than just cut stuff off a plow he was done with when he would fire his barrels for 'kraut or pickles or hams and butts.

He re-used his wooden barrels, but always fired them between uses.

The biggest problem is the grass clippings that come in with me every morning when I take ole Waylon out
Thankfully both my entry way and back door have "mud" rooms with shoe and coat racks(the entry way even has a nice bench and closet as well). It helps keep most of the grass and dirt outside...unless it rains. Then of course 3 GSD going in and out I may as well mop with dirt. I have a full size mop and bucket with a ringer, no way something like a swifer could handle my house on a rainy day.

Despite the doc saying I'd be confined to a wheelchair @ age 20 I can still walk unassisted at 48.

Been taking diet and exercise much more seriously in the past couple years as well.
Yeah, we get to a point where all we took for granted is recalled.

I did fine, up until just a few years ago.
Had a hip replacement, which took two years to get over.
Went back to work too early, kept breaking it lose over and over.
That hip's fine, now. Other one is jealous or something.
I still keep a cane by, just in case.

But going out with the cane, I feel it could be used more fully if a need came up. Brushed up, some, mainly on what NOT to do.

I'm 68 now, so staying out of trouble is first, but I've always been one of the last marks you want to mess with.
I also know I'm losing it, all of it.

Good job showing the docs up.
Keep taking it seriously. I try, too.

I had knee surgery @ 13 years old and they told me I'd likely need knee replacement sooner rather than later. If I do squats on a wooden floor, you can hear them creaking and popping. But, I am still going. Was push mowing 2 acres of hilly ground weekly until just 2 years ago.

I'm sure everyone remembers me complaining about it. :):
I joined long ago, but got busy with life and quit posting for a long time.

I came back to this realm in winter last year.
    I missed about eight years.

Seems like all I do is complain or show pride toward avarice.
Still working up some other sins, slothfully.

New season of "The Chosen" is out. Season 4.
I restarted it yesterday, from the beginning.
Looking forward to the new season.

Going in to chill with the youngs in front of the tube and eat some of that fabulous watermelon we don't want to turn on us.

    Check back in later.
