I live an HOA berg.
It clearly states on entrance to this division, "No Solicitors," and yet I still have people knocking on my door to sell stuff.

I know, they're primarily concerned with keeping lawyers away from their shady rules, but they patrol. And soliciting comes in all shapes and sizes.

If they can drop a weekly update in our maiboxes, upcoming meeting, events, blood drive truck, what we should watch for like leaving a shed door open at night ... FFS!
Can't they run these door knockers out of town!?!

Throwing something in someone's mailbox is technically postal fraud, if there's no postage paid.
I'm sure a lawyer can tell me how they get away with that, but we already agreed, "No Solicitors."
