I've never found an electric that can shave as close as a blade though. I'd still feel like I needed a shave after I shaved.

I have to agree with you there. I've had several over the years and they just can't match a razor shave.

I’ve always felt like electric razors pull my hair instead of cut it. Beard trimmers work well, but they’re not that close.

Straight razor right out of the shower works best. Face is still warm, and don’t need any shaving cream/gel

If I'm occasionally nicking myself with a 4-blade razor, I'd probably wind up slitting my throat with a straight razor.
