Bread is weird. Sometimes it molds in just a few days after I bring it home. Other times it seems to last forever.

Probably not many of those... 4-5 total maybe today and probably 2 tomorrow

We don't use that much regular bread. I usually get Kroger's Honey Oat or Flax and Fiber and it easily lasts 2 weeks with no molding. White bread seems to mold faster. Guessing it has to do with the sugar content maybe?

Might be my fault with the bread.
We've kept the house open as much as possible with the cooler weather.
Bread kept in a dark pantry.

That's exciting. I know how much I appreciate our summer hours at work and more time to do things with the kids, outside in my flowers, etc. The summer goes way too fast though.

I usually buy the Aldi 12 grain bread. I like their Italian take and bake bread too...I keep that in the fridge and then just put half the loaf in the oven at a time to have with dinner.
