OSUT 258: Better late than never....Summer Days are Near

When I first started working from home, it seemed like I had enough "down time" during the day that I could still get things done around here (besides laundry). But for the past couple of years, slack time is few and far between, and by the time I get done working, I just don't have the motivation to do much.

Story of my life. The job isn't physically difficult in itself, but the heat just takes it out of you.

The granddaughters made me a Fathers Day card from Callie and Ruthie and had Ruthie "deliver it" tucked under her collar.

Edit: I guess it was Susan's idea and they were supposed to wait until Sunday.

I just meant that Ruthie and Callie are our "daughters". So I'm "Papa", at least in the conversations I have with them (I have to play my part as well as theirs of course.)

For example, Callie is bumping my elbow with her nose and looking at me. In my head, I hear, "Papa! It's time to go night-night!". I know that's weird.
