sure, but not at that priceIs there 40+ acres not developed in Elk. Co.?
I wish I could buy land in Elkhart Co for that price.
Yes there is undeveloped land in Elkhart Co. but not at that price. A friend’s wife and her sister sold 35 acres last year for just shy of $1,000,000. Land zoned commercial is in the $50-60 K/acre and up depending on location, availability utilities, etc. I personally know of farm ground that has sold and some that refused offers in the $20-30 K per acre range. Some friends of mine ( and bought my last 300 acres in ‘18 ) want to sell a property in eastern Elk. Co. and have been offered $35K/acre cash by an RV transport company out of KY. to make a lot to store RVs awaiting transport. Is there 40+ acres not developed in Elk. Co.?
I can definitely say that I've never left any bacon in the pan. It all goes on my plate as soon as it's done.I forgot i left a piece of bacon in the pan this morning. What's better than bacon? SURPRISE BACON!
