It was sweet cream pancakes, sausages, and eggs for breakfast. I'm have two egg salad sandwiches for an early lunch, and then tacos for dinner. Then I might get something to eat.

If you through in some type of bean in there, I'd be a nuclear paint remover after eating that in one day..

My normal - 2 eggs over, 1 piece of low calorie toast, 8 oz. V-8 lo sodium. 1 an hour before with thyroid meds ( empty stomach required ) and another after. Of course a little INGO before and after

The tacos will receive refried beans.
I don't get the unfavorable effects of those particular foods, but if a margarita found it's way into the day...
