Freevee used to be imdbTV but Amazon bought and rebranded. Free with commercials

What does the brining do exactly?

It seasons the interior of the meat, helps it retain moisture while cooking and also does some sorta chemical action to meat protiens that I don't quite understand... but it comes out perfectly seasoned and tender if you do it right.... but I never seem to have the time to do it right.
