oh man, find a good taco truck and see if they breakfast burritos,
Every time I see them (which isn't often), it's late afternoon and way past my eating time. :( We had one that was setting up at the gas station down at the corner, but they wouldn't get there until like 4 in the afternoon.

If I can find it on sale like I did last time ($4.99/lb), I prefer sirloin tip roast to chuck roast. Not as fatty and more tender.
When you buy a half beef I think half of the packages are hamburger or chuck roast. the sirloin tips are good, not a rump roast, but still better than the chuck roast.

I don't think I've ever made a rump roast. How do they compare to say, a top round or bottom round roast? (Because those seem tough to me)
