Dad got released from hospital yesterday. Think he needed to stay longer or go to a extended care/rehab place. He is not doing well.

Yep it does. I gotta take # 8 in about half an hour, Thyroid pill then another round of 5 at about 6pm. This sucks having to compare all the meds we take.

I take my thyroid pills as soon as I get up (have to take them at least an hour before eating).

Wow. I can't believe they would release him or as you said, put him in a rehab facility.

He wanted to go home and think insurance was the reason for release. My wife and daugther both agree he was not ready to go home.

Same here before eating and my PCP told me to take it separate from my other meds.

I have mine set at 74* Need to keep it a little warmer because of health issues.

Yeah, there are avenues for reporting if there are concerns about being released early because of insurance.

Mom used to keep her apartment hot like that. Always felt like I was gonna smother when we'd go visit.

Could just been him wanting to go home, he was there for 10 days. On day 2 started talking about going home. Took 5 days to get him to agree to go to hospital. Finally when he could not make it from bedroom to bathroom he agreed to go.
