Doc apointment went good out of sling! Still have restrictions 2 pounds right arm and 5 pounds left arm. Stoped by work on way home. They don't want me back with them restrictions. Off for 6 more weeks.

Reminds me of the time I was with a buddy... he saw a traffic sign he didn't like, he stopped, got out, leaned on it (he weighed 390lb) to get it loose, pulled it out and threw it in the ditch, concrete footing and all.
