Time to go cut my hair and get in the shower.
Morning guys. Up early today as I have to leave soon to go to my parents' house. Sister is out of town so I get to make the 90 mile round trip to make sure they get breakfast, the cats are fed and mom's sore on her foot gets a fresh dressing. The bakery is closed today but I'm thinking the gas station might have donuts so may have to make a stop for them.
Fundraiser yesterday was a success. I haven't heard the final numbers but they said they beat last year's total so I'm curious to see where it ended up. My wallet felt a bit lighter coming home. We only won one raffle, but brought home a great selection of salsas with a nice wooden tray. Hubby won two games out of four that he played. I lost my first to him and the second to another guy that left me absolutely horrible shots so I was out early and able to just enjoy the festivities and a few drinks.
Cole had a great time at the power wheels race and placed 3rd out of 5. He should have driven his tractor...goes much faster than the jeep.
