Looks nice out today. The new exercises the tortureists added has me hurting bad. When told her I changed the name of what she was doing from therapy to torture she said I was not the first to tell her that. She stressed follow the plan, it works.

Cloudy and windy here too...damp as well. Meeting the kids at Culver's for lunch before mom goes to work and they come home with us. I need to pick up some bread and some potatoes.

More parts ordered this morning...gaskets and seals to go through the transmission and new heads. The shop says the old ones were both cracked.

We have taken two sets of heads to them and both sets were bad. Decided to just buy new ones. This last set came off of the 1978 engine that has unknown miles on it. My dad bought the truck new and it was used to haul horses, tons of hay and who knows what else...and then we have used it for firewood and such for close to 20 years here. I'm not surprised really. The other set came with the truck that he is working on and the engine had a hole in the block....
