I like some of it but if I eat it for supper I get weird dreams lunch is okay

I don't know what most of it is, but there's one dish with chicken, onions, peppers and cabbage (?) that I really like. Has a nice kick to it! The butter chicken and Tandoori chicken is good too. Curried lamb isn't baaaaaaad.

Had toast for breakfast. Just finished lunch baked chicken breast with mashed potatoes and gravy. Dad came by wanted me to work on dump truck. Had to tell him no. Just can't do it right arm in sling still can't use it. Limited to 5 pounds with left no work above shoulder level with it.

Never been to Indian restuarnt, been told its spicey.

I think I saw the spinach dish but I didn't try it. Just looked like soupy spinach kinda.

Back home, groceries put away. Ate lunch at Wendy's.
There was a scantily clad female riding her bike around outside. She ended up coming inside. I think she was younger than i originally thought... oh well.
