Trying out my new omelet pan this morning. One of those ceramic coated ones like my bacon skillet.

It worked great. That stuff is slicker than any teflon coating I've ever seen!

I’m surprised, I have been seeing the famous chef peddling hex clad, sounded like it was the only pan that actually worked.

My mom has one of those ceramic skillets. It worked great initially, but it seems like the eggs are starting to stick to it now. I make dad's eggs when I go to clean, and have noticed the difference. It's still super easy to clean though.
