How Big of a Generator Do I Need to Run a House? I don't have a transfer switch so my main concern are the 2 refrigerator freezers. Won't be able to run the well pump I guess.

We used Extension cords for Refrigerator & Freezer ( & TV ) ... does the Well Pump Plug in - or is it Hardwired ?

You could do the add Outlet / Plug trick that is recommended for Furnaces -

some new Electronics need Sine-wave Generators ( solar generators )
