Smoke situation getting better. Definetly starting to get steamy out there too. Went out a bit and looked some things over. I really, really need to start my second round of ‘23 spraying, trimming, etc. around shop, flower beds, drives, hardscape, etc. This heat and recent rain means what was bare end of last week is now covered in small weeds& grass sprouts. Be a mess before long if I don’t get at it soon.

It has definitely warmed up now. 85 feels like 89 so far.

83* with FLT 96* and rising. Surrounded by water, the soil basically saturated, the sun is making it quite steamy. My wife gave up and came in, couldn’t take it any more, and that is pretty much unheard of other than when extreme.
