    Looks like I'm going to be replacing some floor joists.
    Looks like old termite damage, and evidence of some water damage. Maybe a leaking faucet
    at some point.
    Also on the list, is replacing the washer drain line. It hangs too low, right at the bottom of the basement stairs.
    So, it will be raised around the toilet drain line using PVC and the tub will have a new connection to it as well.
    Always something.

    Hello DD.
    It's always something. Don't go poking around if you don't want to find things to repair.
    The biggest issue will be the electrical. There are a ton of wires attached to the joist that will be replaced.
    I believe I can pull all the staples and have enough room to get it done. Or... the whole house could fall on me. :dunno:
    I might end up like the wicked witch of the West.
